What we do

Signing that is offline-first. The full document, checklist, photographs and signature are captured on the device without any network, cryptographically sealed with a timestamp and location at the moment of signing, and synchronised when signal returns, with the offline signing time preserved rather than the upload time. The customer receives a copy by text or email automatically once online. Templates for work authorisation, change orders, waivers and proof of delivery are built in, with photographs attached inline as evidence.

Who we built it for

Field service businesses: trades, mobile mechanics, home inspectors, pest control, medical transport and delivery contractors who need signed acceptance, waivers or proof of delivery at the point of work.

The problem

Field signing tools assume connectivity, and connectivity in a basement, a rural property or a loading dock is unreliable.

So the technician takes a photograph of a paper form which is later lost, or the document is emailed to the customer who signs it three days later or never.

Disputes about scope and acceptance then become one person's word against another's.
